What's the difference between custom and surprise me?
With surprise me, you are giving us free reign and allowing us to create for your based upon our current patch stash. This way, saves time and money.
For custom, you are co-designing your creation by telling us what you have in mind and allowing us to seek these patches for you all while trusting our design expertise in the process.
What we need from you in order to get started
We need your size and info like colors and symbols you love and things that you absoluetly can't stand. Do you want your item distressed or no? Do you want a simple design or a busy one? This should be included in the notes section
Turnaround times
Here's a breakdown of how long you can expect to get your signature design in your hands.
Please allow design process to take up to 30 business days. If you choose surprise me, please allow up to 15 business days. Custom takes longer because we have to order out your patches.
We want you happy, but please note that there are no refunds on these items.
