The Next Gen G.E.M.S. Summer Studio is a 6-week virtual art + wellness experience designed for creative youth ages 11–17 who want to express themselves, build confidence, and create fashion-forward, one-of-a-kind accessories using everyday materials.
From junk bracelets to personalized fashion pieces like hats, bags, or shoes, participants will learn how to transform scraps into statement pieces — all while exploring affirmations, creative journaling, and community connection.
Whether your child is a budding designer, a deep feeler, or simply in need of a safe space to be creative and seen, this studio blends healing, hands-on art, and self-expression in a way that’s bold, meaningful, and fun.

Who is this program for?
This studio is designed for creative youth ages 11–17 who enjoy self-expression, fashion, hands-on art, or simply need a safe space to create and connect. No prior art or design experience is necessary — just a willingness to try!
What kind of projects will they be doing?
Participants will create junk-style bracelets, fashionable accessories (like hats, shoes, or bags), and expressive art using upcycled and accessible materials. The projects are rooted in creativity, confidence-building, and emotional wellness.

What if my child misses a session?
No worries! All sessions are recorded and replays will be available so your child can catch up anytime.
What do we need to participate?
A basic internet connection, a device (preferably laptop or tablet that can access Google Meets and Zoom or similiar platforms), and a flat surface to create on. Most of the supplies are included in the starter kit. You may be asked to recycle or reuse some household items (scrap paper, magazines, etc.) for extra creativity!
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! We offer Afterpay at checkout so you can split your payment into installments. You’ll still receive full access to the program and your starter kit.
Do you offer scholarships?
Yes, we offer a small number of sliding scale scholarships (between $60–$100) for families who need financial assistance. You’ll be able to request this option during sign-up — no long application, just honesty.
