The Press on Nail Life

Being a mompreneur who is constantly on the go, I haven’t had the time to sit down and get my nails done in years. I always loved intricate nail design patterns. I love nails but never really knew how to do them myself until I was introduced to the press on life.

The Press on Life

I’ve been familiar with KISS press on nails but those designs were too basic for me. Then I came across The Sassy Nails Studio on Instagram about a year ago.

  • She’s a licensed nail tech
  • An African American business owner
  • Has a beautiful nail line
  • Provides quality press on nails that can be customized

I instantly fell in love. Her nails come in the sizes small, medium or large. She has a nail sizing kit if you aren’t certain. Plus you can get them whatever length you desire and you have 4 shapes to choose from: stiletto, oval, ballerina and square.

The Kit

The kit comes with the standard nail tools needed to apply nails. It includes an alcohol pad, nail buffer, file and the cuticle tool (wood stick). Plus the packaging is beautiful. The box is great for storing the nails. She does include nail glue for an additional fee. I sometimes use kiss nail glue but hers lasts much longer in my opinion.

The Application

The application technique is pretty simple. You can apply them with nail glue or nail tabs. I’ve tried both. Glue is for long wear and the nail tabs last only a couple of days.
